1st day of CNY

Hello everyone...It had been a very long time since the last time I wrote anything on this blog... I dun actually remember when was the last time I visited my own blog...And I can’t tell you when will I post this article since I wrote it before I reach home..On the day where the water supplies in Sepang is being cut off...

Well...Let’s continue our last topic…If I am not mistaken, I am suppose to tell you more about my CNY celebration...Well...nothing much actually happen during CNY since I had been staying in the house for half my CNY holiday and it seems that this year’s CNY is not as exciting as before..Dun particularly know why...Maybe because of the economic crisis…There seems lack of the celebration cheerfulness...Or perhaps because I stayed in KTT for such a long time to prepare my exam…Hmm...I have no idea about it...But I realize I dun feel the mood of CNY this year...At least not as strong as the years before... Not in the house...Not in my hometown...But I can feel it in KTT…With lots of joy and cheerfulness...

Hmm…On the CNY eve...I had my reunion in my hometown (Father’s side)...Hmm...But due to the small amount of kids in the house...I didn’t have much fun there...Well...My grandparents had 4 sons...the eldest uncle is married but he had no kid after so many years...If I am not mistaken...He got married when I am 4 years old… My dad is the second son…While my other 2 uncle is still not married yet...So as you see how it is... My brother and I is the only kids there…So it is always kind of bore whenever we go back there...Not kid so no fun since you can’t possibly play with the elder one..Hehe...

Hmm...The reunion was just like any other gathering in the house with lots of people in the house and gathering in front of the small wooden table which can’t fit all of them so it doesn’t seems like a reunion at all since all of us had been divided into a few groups to have our dinner…So it doesn’t mean much to us..Sometimes my uncle will even go out to have fun outside instead of having the reunion dinner in the house… And that day’s activity is mainly about watching TV… There’s lots of CNY programme... Hmm so that how I past my CNY eve...

On the first day of CNY...I had gone to my grandparents’ house (Mother’s side)… This is the place where I had more excitement since there are so many kids… Unfortunately...A few uncle had gone back home to have some sleep before the next coming activity so I guess I had miss 3 cousins that day…But still we had a lot of fun there..What did I do there? Well...I reached Bukit Sentosa in the noon...We were just in time to have our lunch there...We had steamboat for our lunch with lots of fish balls and seafood...I always enjoy eating steamboat... We dun actually miss the steamboat every year especially during CNY… We will be having steamboat for days last time since almost all the restaurant will be having their CNY holiday so if we wanted to have some Chinese food besides the Indian Food and Malay Food we will be having steamboat and for a few days since the always bought excess material for that..

Well…This is the picture where we had our steamboat outside of the house…Can you see the steamboat? It is the traditional type which uses the charcoal instead of electricity… They said the steamboat will taste nicer if we use the traditional way...

Here is the picture of the kids gathering around the eldest guy in the living room...What are they doing? They are watching my brother playing the games in the handphone... Well... For your information...My mum is the eldest daughter and actually the eldest among y grandparents’ children...So we are the eldest kids there…haha...

Hmm...Why are they sitting at the bottom of the staircase? It seems that the place just now is too small for them so they had moved there...

Hmm… What are they doing? Posing? Nope...They are watching TV while chatting with each other about their life...That’s what the elderly people will do...Always talking…But I dun think you can expect them to play with the younger one… Right?

Hmm… My granpa is playing Chinese chess with my brother..They are thinking hard to win the game...What is the result? Draw...4-4...

My youngest cousin...He is only 2 year old… Hmm..he looks older though and strong..I really meant it..He is damn strong..

Hmm… He seems sleepy after playing with the other for the whole morning… That’s his mum beside him… Trying to get him to look at the camera..

Hmm...What are they doing? My youngest aunt is busy doing the manicure for the others… She seems to enjoy drawing some pictures on the nails of the other… She is really good at it..Thought of taking some picture of her art but the nails are so shining that it reflected a lot of light..Can’t see clearly if I put it on…

It’s in the evening now...We are planning to go back...All of them is standing outside to discuss the coming up event and planning..

So that’s how I ended my first day of CNY… We had our dinner in the Indian shops... Hehe… Had been enjoying that day…

Hmm...I think that’s all for this article… Will be updating more about the CNY activity in the next one..
