House cleaning operation..

It had been second day of CNY now..I am glad I still have some time to post here as I had promise since there's visitors in my house...So I had to tell whatever that had happen before this from 2 days before the CNY till yesterday..If possible..

This is the newly painted front gate of my house...I am quite shocked to find it as it is now as I didn't expect them to change the original colour since they are quite fond of it...After all it had been so many years after we maintain the same colour...

2 days before CNY..I got the first opportunity to visit my new house after months of hearing it from my parents..Finally i get to witness it by myself without being told by my family...But it didn't turns out to be very good as the first impression is not as good as what I hope it to be..

So this is the first sight of the house...The front door of the house...It is quite dirty and so we decide to wash and clean the house..It is a second hand house as we purchased from some owner of a restaurant.. This is the kennel...But it seems to be quite dirty as the previous owner didn't clean it before he move...So there's still some shit in it..hehe..

The front part of the gate..There's still some cement and some prayer stuff outside...It seems that the owner forget to take it with him..

The mixture of sand and cement in front of the house..so that's why I didn't get a first good impression about the house yet..

The small garden in the house..but it is quite wild...Not a proper garden..there's so much thing to do before it can be a comfortable house..

Hmm..After 2 days of cleaning..The house is more agreeable compare to the first sight I had on it...So that was what I gonna tell you 2 days before the CNY celebration...Tired to death..And I had been sleeping a lot after the tiring job..

Happy CNY..

It had been 3 weeks since I am away from home...And I had miss the house cleaning job before CNY since I had to stay in hostel to concentrate on my mid sem 2 examinations...I remembered i miss it last year too since I am not in Malaysia..So I had been missing the cleaning job for CNY for 2 consecutive years..But i am sure i will not miss it next year since I will be having holiday by this time...A holiday after my A level..


Talking about A level..The result of AS and A level had came out just a few days ago...Congrats for those who had score in their exam..I wish I am able to do so too when it is my time to sit the paper...Another few months...I will be siting for the As level and another few months after that i will be sitting for my A2...wow..tension is starting to increase little by little without any realisation...hmm...will have to work hard and more harder to get good result..Don't want to be left behind..Wanna go to India although the senior's talk did scared me a bit at first...hehe...


Ok..back to the topic...I had been trying my best to make my apartment more nicer and at least had a bit of CNY mood during the exams and thus...Here are some picture about the small effort we had done to make it more CNY-ish..

Isn't it cute ? I bought it one day before I go back to Ktt after the holiday...We had pasted it on the door of our apartment..So it really seems to have CNY mood whenever we open the front door..

Hmm..Although it has nothing to do with the CNY decoration..But my housemate and roommate did try to decorate our apartment since our apartment seems dull before this..So they pasted the poster on the door and wall of the apartment while I had a nap in the room...Quite shocking at first to see the little changes after an hour nap...hehe..

these are the card we receive this year..althought it is not much but we are happy about it..3 of them are SN's card while the rest are the card for our apartment..It had been quite common in KTT to address the card to the whole apartment instead of individually..it is more cheaper that way..hehe..

The state of the table during examination..But it is not the main point..The main point is the mandarin orange on the table...Uncle beh is being very kind to us..he had distribute 2 mandarin orange each to all the Chinese in KTT..for your information..Uncle Beh is the uncle who is responsible for all the photocopy job and buying cake job..hehe...We were so happy while we get to know that...We had smsed uncle beh to thank him..

These are the pictures of the 4 beauty who had come to sing us a CNY song while giving the hand made CNY card to us...We join them too..They had really give us the CNY mood..They came a day before the exam start..everyone is quite tension...hmm..or is it only me..I had no idea..but after the song... I started to feel the CNY mood instead of the exam mood...

Hmm..I think that's all for now...Have nothing much special to tell unless you wanted to know what they said during the talk the senior gave...maybe I will try to talk about it in the next post if I feel like posting again before or during CNY...

Ponggal 2009 in KTT

Hello..it had been a long while since the last time I posted something on the blog..Had been staying in the hostel for almost a month now..Finally the exam is over and I got a week of mid semester holiday for Chinese New Year...Well..Yup...It had only been a while since the last time I had my final..It is kind of weird for the college to have a final sem and mid sem in a short period...hehe..Well..Whatever is it..I had been taking some picture of the events going on within the these 3 weeks..So I am going to tell you most of them through picture instead of words..

We had a ponggal celebration last week..A week before holiday...I had heard about ponggal festival before but i never participate it before...According to the MC, Ponggal is a celebration for Indians which is a Thanksgiving ceremony if I am not mistaken..To thank the god for giving them whatever the have now...It is much like harvest festival...Yup..That's the word for it..hehe..

Ok...stop talking and start viewing the blur-ish picture here as I took it for the 5th floor...

These are the pictures that I took...They are busy cooking using a pot..They cook the rice with milk..And when the moment the milk or should I said the mixture, spill out like the volcano, this indicate the end of the ceremony..i dun really understand the whole thing as clear as I did to the other celebrations...But i bet i will understand it soon as Datin told us that the student in India treat this celebration to be more important than deepavali..I bet i will be able to witness it again in India..

The ceremony is a short one...It finishes within an hour...So I had nothing much to tell you about it as there are not much detail i obtained..hehe...see ya...

Arrival of 2009...

Hurray..Finally it is a new year..

A new year.. A new chapter.. A new beginning.. A new start.. A new wish..

That's is always the things that comes with the new year..

I had been to tian hou gong today...A temple located in Kuala Lumpur near Mid Valley..It is a quite big temple locate on the hill..It had been built for many years now..As the new year had arrived..My parents decide to pray there..So here is some picture of us in the temple..

As you can see here..There's so many people in the temple..This is the entrance to the temple for praying..Is it nice ? Atemple full with new latern and people..

I like that place..Had been very tired today after going to temple...Shopping..I am still looking for twilight series..But it seems thate popular in kepong doesn't have the stock too..The person in charge of the english department in the bookstore said don't know when will there be stock..So it seems I can only get the book aftr Chinese New Year...Hmm..that was a frustrating part..I had visit my grandparents too today...

So since I am so tired now..I have to be off...See you sooner if I still have interesting thing to said before 4th of January..a day before my study starts..If not..I think i will see you a few days before Chinese New Year..So..Bye and happy new year..And Happy Chinese New Year in case I wouldn't be able to meet all of you before CNY...
