Bomdia… It is Portuguese… Means either good morning or hello…I dun actually remember which one...Not bomb him…I remember the laughter we had when the student exchange programme student told us…So dun mistaken it…Hmm..I am still writing in KTT on the very same day as the last 2 articles… Can’t do much thing since there’s no water supply…I can’t actually concentrate in my studies…So I think I will just have to continue writing until I have some other things to do like cleaning and washing job after the water supply is back…
I am back here to tell you my trip to the temple in Jenjarum and the name is FSC Dong Zen Temple… I am really happy and excited when I know…but before that we have to visit my grandparents first to sent something to them but I dun remember what did we sent...hehe...After all it is a long time ago…Can’t remember the details very well…
Let’s see some pictures during my visit…
Let’s see some pictures during my visit…
This is the front door of the temple… Full of small lanterns and lights… And most importantly full of cars so we really had some hard time finding for a car park…
These are the kuan yin…Which is one of the gods that we are praying to… There’s 33 statues here…
See the peacock at the back? It is made of wire with some light bulb in the middle…
Hmm… There’s a stage behind these trees… There’s some function going on there…Lots of lanterns…I like it…
The wishing tree… People had written their wishes on the paper before they hung it on the tree…
The hollow statue of kuan ying and 2 assistants beside her …
There’s so many stripes of light …
Is the red light that hang around the tree nice? I like it very much..It is very pretty…
The pagoda that had been surrounded by the stripes of light to outline its special shape…
The statue of Buddha…
The main hall of the temple…There’s a book fair and some stone exhibition in there…That’s why lots of them is gathering there... Besides that, the heavy rain made most of the visitors gather they to wait till the rain stops…
Since it is a year of ox…So they put a cow as the biggest statue they…It is cute…Right ?
Hmm…Since it is raining...So I can’t take much picture there…My shirt and pants are wet due to the photo taking sessions… Hehe… Although it is nice but I feel that 2 years back…The decoration of the temple is much more nicer than the current one…Perhaps the economic crisis had affect them too..They had decrease the amount of lanterns and the decorations around the temple…
Anyway… I did enjoy the scenery but I hate the traffic jam…It took us 1 hour to reach the tolls….So we had to wait till 11pm to have our dinner… First time in my family history…But I hope there’s no second time... See you then with more info about the CNY events in KTT…
