Moving mission

Hello..I am here again to update what I did today...An extraordinary day for me as I am helping my granparents to move from their old apartment to the new apartment...The new apartment was located a few street from the old one..Just few blocks away from Kepong's Jusco..It is a new apartment..Just been built for half a year now..My granparents live in the 8th floor..I have no idea why they move there...Hmm..Or do I know ? well..If I am not mistaken..It is due to the shorter distant to the shoplots..But i dun think the location is as good as the old one...Why is it so ?



Wel..I personally felt that the old one is more comfortable than the last one..And at least the old apartment did not face the 'indah water' directly..I believe most of you knew what Indah water means...It means the straining plant..The place where they treat the faeces..Hmm..so it will be knid of smelly if the machine is damage or if the direction of wind is favourable..So I dun think it is a nice place..beside that..The scenary is not as good as before...I am able to see the KL tower from the old apartment but not the current one..So I dun like the current one though..Anyway, my grandparents seems to like it so I can't comment more about it...



In order to help them to move, I had to sacrifies my sleep this morning.. Woke up really early to day to be prepared...There's 9 peoples involve today..Well..these include my family members, grandparents, my aunt and her son and my uncle..I am not going to talk more...Let's see some picture..

Finally my granparents found the materials required...





The condition of the floor after the simple and necessary ceremony or sholud I said the tradition of Chinese...These are the mixture of glutinous rice, rice, green bean, tea leaves and some salt..According to my dad..These materials can bring us riches, help to avoid the bad things and help us to chase out the unwelcome guest on the house..A necessary ceremony by spreading all the mixture to the whole house including toilet and the corners..So it is quite messy today..Well..It should be leave there for 3 days before you can clean it..Besides that, all the light in the house have to be turn on for the whole day..This indicates the brightness of the future if I am not mistaken..or should I said lighten your future or life...

What is he doing ? well..he is putting on the red cloth in front of the house..It is a tradition to do so as the older people thought red colour cloth will bring luckiness or 'ong' to the family while moving into the new house...

Hmm...My parents are busying burning the paper used for prayer..

Grandpa busy praying...As he is not tall enough so he have to stand on a chair to pray..

The stove outside...We put up the fire by burning the paper and charcoal...

Due to the lack of gas stove in the house...We have to turn the prayer stove into multi purpose stove by using it to heat up the water for the usage of brewing tea. The tea will be used for prayer later..Yup...prayer..There's a lot of prayer when we have to move into the new house according to my granparents..
